Company profile

Halaban charcoal from Indonesian kilns

Amarta Lestari Indonesia manufactures Indonesian Halaban charcoal and exports it to international distributors, wholesalers, and restaurants. Our production runs on dedicated kilns that carbonize genuine Halaban wood under controlled conditions.

Each export batch follows our manufacturing protocols, from wood grading through packing, so buyers can assess the same product specification shipment after shipment.

Mission & Vision

Consistent export-grade Halaban fuel

Our mission is to supply Halaban charcoal with consistent ash content, burn time, and clean combustion for every export order. Our vision is trade relationships built on transparent production and responsible handling of the forest wood we use.

Kiln production

Five stages from wood to packing

01

Raw wood grading

Incoming Halaban wood is sorted by size and condition before it enters the kiln.

02

Slow kiln carbonization

Dedicated kilns carbonize the wood slowly to form charcoal lumps with a consistent structure.

03

Controlled oxygen cooling

Lumps cool under controlled oxygen deprivation, which limits re-ignition before packing.

04

Manual lump selection

Workers select lumps by hand to keep shape and quality uniform across each batch.
